About the Poem
Sometimes I wish I could be more than what I am....and now I can.
When In Doubt, Revise |
by Alastair Adamson |
Hi there...what do I do? I sell (used cars) (new cars) (sports cars) (European luxury cars) I don't sell cars, I (make) (design) collect them. What am I doing? Just writing (something) a (poem) (sad poem) (love poem) series of Haiku for (submission) (publication) Norton's Poetry Anthology. Am I single? (No) (Yes) (Maybe) (Kinda) Yes, but (it sucks) (it's ok) it gives me time to collect cars and write exquisite verse. Care to know anything else? Ask away! My life is an open book full of (life) (adventure) (romance) (success) not much of anything... I like to live life vicariously. I haven't (told the truth) lied about anything. I'm not a pathological liar, I'm a revisionist historian. |
