About the Poem
I guess the idea actually came to me while Christmas shopping for my son. Some of the toys they have out now are just plain crazy.
Children don't have to do anything anymore. Instead of pedaling their riding toys, they just push a pedal. If they don't have the desire to turn their own sucker, they don't have to, a little machine will do it for them. I think that is a little to much.
Crazy! |

Suckers that turn on there own, Dolls that cry and moan. Cars that you do not pedal, I am not trying to meddle. Our kids are getting lazy, Some of these toys are just plain crazy. These people only caring about the mind, Not caring if the kids are good or kind. Yes, it is good to play, But why not do it nature's way? Our children need to be strong, Some of the things we are doing is quite wrong. |
