About the Poem
It's about confusion and not knowing what someone wants from you.
I Do Not Know |
by Carrie Abbott |
I do not know what makes you smile anymore I do not know what you want in me I do not know how to act and talk say I love you I do not know what you want me to be. I do not understand what has happened here I do not want this feeling to die I do not wish you to go away I do not want to make you cry I do not know if I can love you I do not know if I'm what you want I do not want this feeling to go away I do not want to lose this love. |

I can sooooo relate to this poem. I am in a situation right now that makes me feel the same exact way!! It's almost as if the feelings are radiating from myself, and not the person who wrote it. It's comforting to know that there is someone else out there who understands.

Is good to find poems thattell about the problems that people have when their in love. Not everything is smooth and sometimes one has to say "I'm sorry" or "What you want from me" as this poem does.
