A poem about reaching out and trying to keep hold of someone you want to be with. But you just can't seem to make a connection.

| Angry and frustrated at times. Feeling like the inside of me, is no longer alive. Trying to reach out and make a connection. In return, getting no love or affection. No longer wanting to go on. We've lost that special bond. The love we had is no longer there. It's to the point that I really don't care. I need some love and attention. Among other things, I just won't mention. Wanting someone to be here for me. I guess it may never be. |
