i had lost 2 friends and i told them that i was sorry but they still dont want to forgive me. they told me that they will never forgive me for what i had done to them. i mean yeah what i did to them was wrong and i will never forgive myself for what i did to them but i have changed but they just cant see that and it hurts loosing someone that close. i cant believe i hurt my friends like that i mean come on i am ashamed for what i have dont to them. and this poem almost brought me to tears when i read it because everytime someone or something brings up friends i get numb and think about what i had dont to them.

I really liked this poem. It was concise and to the point and I could relate to it. My best friend is going through a divorce. She wanted me to write a letter to a judge saying that her soon to be ex husband was a raging alcoholic so that she could get sole custody of her daughter and move out of state to be with her new boyfriend. I wouldn't do it, and now she won't speak to me. We've been friends for 11 years and I've been used to talking to her on a weekly basis. I miss her, and still love her, and even though I'm very angry, I feel like there is an emptiness in me now.

10 months ago, my best friends of 13 years stopped talking because of what I now realize was all a misunderstanding, I walk by them everyday at school and it kills me to know that I can't talk to them anymore like old times. When I read your poem I could totally relate and I loved it.

I love this poem! I can totally relate! I've had the saem best friend for 4 years and all of a sudden she gets new friends and she told me she doesn't have time for me anymore! I told her everything! Things I didn't even tell my parents, and now she doesn't have time for me anymore! It hurts so bad! I see her everyday at school and it makes it worse because I have a class with her and she won't talk 2 me! So I can totally relate! At least i now kno im not alone!
