About the Poem

It's amazing what emotions one picture of the face you love will bring to the surface.

Gabriel

Never before have I seen such beauty
Full, red lips stretching in a smile
Mahogany eyes swimming with adoration
And alight with passion
Voice deep
Sensual
Entering into me
Flowing through my veins and heating my blood
I can hear the pounding of my heart in my ears
Violent lust
A devouring hunger
Dry throat, burning with a thirst only you can quench
Uncontrollable love
Filling my overflowing heart
Eyes glossy and shedding tears
Hand open and outstretched
Palm to the sky
Wishing for you to come and take me away
Wanting to be cherished,
to be ravished, to be everything
forever.
I love you.

I really liked this poem. If I had to judge it from a scale 1-10, I would give you a 10. Excellent use of word, understanding, and meanings. You also used a lot of rhyming which made the poem which made it sound beautiful through thew readers mind. You did a great job with the poem. Keep up the good work!
