About the Poem

It truly was last night. This is about a girl I have been in love with for about two years. I once told her how I felt about a year ago at a party, but I think she thought I was drunk.

Last Night

I lied there next to you.
I poured out my heart,
all my thoughts,
and all my feelings
about you.

We spent the day together,
all day.
I know that you know,
or once knew,
but I had to tell you.

I poured out my heart.
I told you everything
except
I love you.

I lied there next to you,
remembering,
thinking
how I must have
looked like a fool.

I lied there next to you.
You asked me,
"What are you thinking about?"
I replied,
"Oh, nothing."

I REALLY KNOW YOU REAALY FEEL BECAUSE THAT WAS WHAT HAPPEN TO ME I WAS WITH HIM AT HIS HOUSE BUT I DID SAY NOTHING JUST LISTENING TO HIM AND HIS FRIENDS. I LOVE IT SO MUCH.
